Who actually delivers the gift?
A verified local partner in the destination city prepares and delivers the gift. Holasend does not ship internationally — everything is sourced, prepared and delivered locally to ensure freshness and quality.
How do I know when the gift has been delivered?
You receive an email confirmation the moment the local partner confirms delivery. In many cases, the partner includes a photo of the bouquet as handed over, so you see exactly what arrived.
