Can I send gifts to Argentina from another country?
Yes. Holasend was built specifically for cross-border gifting. You can order from anywhere in the world and pay with an international credit or debit card in USD.
How does delivery work?
Every order is handed off to a verified local partner in the destination city. Fresh products like flowers are prepared on delivery day. Same-day delivery is available in Buenos Aires for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
Which cities in Argentina do you cover?
Holasend covers Buenos Aires (including Capital Federal and northern GBA), Córdoba Capital, Rosario, and Mendoza. Same-day delivery is available in all four cities when ordered before the local cutoff time.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes — every order includes a free personal message that our team handwrites on a card and includes with the gift. You can also add optional items like chocolates, a small cake, or a teddy bear during checkout.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our local partner will attempt a second delivery and contact the recipient to arrange a convenient time. You are kept informed by email throughout the process, and flowers are kept refrigerated in the interim.
How long does flower delivery to Argentina take?
Same-day delivery is available in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario and Mendoza when ordered before the local cutoff time (2 PM in Buenos Aires, 12 PM in Córdoba and Rosario, 11 AM in Mendoza). Most Buenos Aires deliveries arrive in 3 to 5 hours; other cities typically take 4 to 6 hours.
Can I pay in USD from the United States?
Yes. All prices on Holasend are listed in USD and charged in USD. We accept all major international credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How fresh are the flowers?
Every bouquet is prepared on the day of delivery by a verified local florist in the recipient's city. Flowers are sourced from local wholesalers within 24 hours of arrangement, ensuring maximum freshness.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes. During checkout you can select any future date. For holidays like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, we recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
What is the cheapest bouquet option?
Our Classic Bouquet starts at USD 35 and includes fresh seasonal flowers, hand-tied locally, with free same-day delivery in Buenos Aires and a handwritten card included.
Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Sunday delivery is available in Buenos Aires with a small surcharge. On Argentine public holidays, deliveries may be limited — we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance for holiday-specific dates.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours before the local cutoff time. After that, the bouquet may already be in preparation by our local florist.
Will I receive confirmation after delivery?
Yes. You receive an email notification the moment the bouquet is delivered, often including a photo sent by the local florist so you can see exactly what was handed over.
